Erasure have that certain electronic sound that seems to be stuck in the age of synthesisers and samples. I don't know about their album 'Abba-esque' - perhaps it should have been called 'Amiga-esque'.... You know when you're bored and you really need to have a quick go on something? Well, this is the kind of tune to keep you in the mood while the game is loading. It's probably due to the fact that it sounds remarkably like an Ocean loader. The way it bounces along conjures up images of scrolling messages and spinning sprites. Perfect for Bubble Bobble. - Rob

"...punctuation sounding like laser fire..."	The instruments in this song remind me of early Eighties games. Sort of 'plippy' punctuation sounding like laser fire with a synthesised brass background. The simplistic nature of the tune structure means that it brings to mind a simple game. Puts me in the mood for Defender. - Rob
